Consent to Personal Data Processing

Version of 05.10.2026. Given at family sign-up in the parent app with a separate checkbox. The Russian version prevails.

Acting freely and in my own interest, and as the legal guardian of my minor children, I consent to Individual Entrepreneur Alexander Sergeevich Pryadchenko, TIN 312328719475, OGRNIP 326310000067090, address: 35 Chelyuskintsev St., apt. 29, Belgorod, Belgorod Region, Russia (the “Operator”) processing personal data under Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

Data

Mine: login, password (as a hash), name or nickname, interface language, date and version of this consent; if I provide them — e-mail, phone number and Telegram ID; on the Pro plan — my location, only if I turn on sharing it with the family.

My children's: login, name or nickname, PIN (as a hash), limit and schedule settings, phone model and Android version, installed apps, app usage time, protection events, requests for more time; on Plus and Pro, with the permission granted on the child's phone, the phone's last location; on the Pro plan — location history for 30 days and allowed zones.

Purpose

Providing the ChildControl parental control service: screen time limits, app blocking, schedules, reports and notifications to the family's parents.

Operations

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, by automated means. No disclosure to third parties except as required by law and except Telegram messages if I link Telegram (see below).

Cross-border transfer (only if I link Telegram)

If I link my Telegram to the service, I consent to the cross-border transfer of my and my children's personal data contained in the bot's messages: sign-in codes, alerts (including a child leaving an allowed zone), weekly reports (the child's name or nickname, screen time, app names), and my phone number when linking. The messages pass in transit, without being stored, through the Operator's server in the Netherlands to Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, United Arab Emirates), including to a country that may not ensure adequate protection of data subjects' rights. Purpose — delivering sign-in codes, alerts and reports to me. Without a linked Telegram, no data leaves Russia.

Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the family is deleted or the consent is withdrawn — by deleting the family in the app (Settings → Delete family) or by writing to tiholab@mail.ru. Data is destroyed within 30 days after withdrawal.
