Terms of Use

Version of 05.10.2026. The Russian version prevails.

1. Parties

These terms are agreed between Individual Entrepreneur Alexander Sergeevich Pryadchenko, TIN 312328719475, OGRNIP 326310000067090 (the “Provider”) and an adult user — a parent or other legal guardian of a child (the “User”). The Provider gives access to the ChildControl parental control service: Android apps and a server.

2. Sign-up

By signing up the User confirms being at least 18 years old and the legal guardian of the children whose phones are linked, and accepts these terms and the Personal Data Policy. The service may be used only for one's own children's phones and never for covert surveillance of other people.

3. Plans

Free — 1 parent and 1 child, basic features. Plus — up to 5 logins per family, schedules, reports, location. Pro — up to 15 logins per family, family locator (family map, today's route, allowed zones with exit alerts). A new family gets Plus free for 7 days (demo). Prices and payment are published on the website; until payments launch the Provider may extend the demo free of charge.

4. Limitations

The service is provided “as is”. Behaviour depends on the phone maker, Android version and granted permissions; the Provider does not guarantee that restrictions cannot be bypassed (for example by a factory reset).

5. Termination

The User may delete the family in the app at any time. The Provider may block an account that violates these terms or the law.
